Product Support

For questions related to hardware and software features and operation, Vanguard Networks offers access to a team of dedicated technical support engineers prepared to answer detailed product specifications, assist with problem diagnosis and troubleshooting and, when applicable, recommend changes and workarounds.  Technical Support is also provided for software updates and software patches.

Technical support is included as part of our North America Service contract and our International Partner Channel Support program. North American On Site Support

For customers located within the United States and Canada, Vanguard Networks offers on site hardware replacement and troubleshooting services.  On site service requests can be initiated by submitting an On Site Request or contacting our service department via telephone at +1 (800) 544-0062 and selecting option 1.

RMA Request

Vanguard Networks offers a comprehensive equipment return and repair process, including:

  • Advanced Replacement
  • Warranty Repair
  • DOA (Dead -On-Arrival) Replacement Units
  • Non-Warranty Repair

For each of these programs, equipment returns requests can be initiated by submitting a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) Form or by contacting our service center via telephone at +1 (800) 544-0062 and selecting option 2.

Once the Vanguard Returns Department processes the RMA request, we will contact you with an RMA number, the address of the designated return center and, if applicable, any estimated costs.

Please note that the RMA number must be identified on any documentation and shipments associated with the return.
